What is covered in Fanski & Atocco Warranty?

Fanski & Atocco offers 2 types of warranty.

The 5-year warranty and 10-year warranty please refer to the product tag or Fanski website.
Fanski & Atocco warranty covers defects in valve only.
The duration of Fanski & Atocco warranty valid from the date of purchase as written on the original receipt.
The original purchase receipt is required as a proof of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Fanksi & Atocco product purchased and installed in Malaysia.

What is not covered in Fanski & Atocco Warranty?

Fanski & Atocco warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cut or scratches, damage caused by impacts or accidents,natural calamity
(such as fire,flood, thunder, electrical storm, etc), products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly,
improper removal, repair, alteration or modification, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong
cleaning mehods or wrong cleaning products

Fanski & Atocco angle valve, bib cock, and accessories are not included in the warranty.
